Returns, Replacements & Refunds
At Zebu Research , every product is thoughtfully sourced from Gaushalas, farmers, and skilled artisans across India. Many of these products are handcrafted, natural, or made in small batches. Since they come directly from rural producers, returns and exchanges are often not practical. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us create a sustainable livelihood for these communities. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us (zebudelhi@gmail.com and 7891127654) within 48 hours of delivery with :Your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging. After reviewing your request, we will gladly provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution, where applicable. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
