Zebu Research Pvt. Ltd. is an e-commerce platform dedicated to promoting sustainable, rural, and indigenous products by connecting consumers with Gaushalas, artisans, farmer groups, self-help groups, women entrepreneurs, and other verified sellers. The Platform may also sell products directly under its own brands.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you confirm that all information provided by you is true and accurate.
3. User Account
To access certain features, you may be required to register. You agree to: Provide accurate information.Keep your login credentials confidential. Be responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.Zebu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
4. Marketplace Model
The Platform operates as a marketplace where products may be sold by: Zebu Research Pvt. Ltd., Registered Gaushalas, Rural entrepreneurs, Artisans, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Women's Self Help Groups (SHGs), Other approved sellers, Zebu
facilitates product listing, payment collection, logistics coordination, and customer support but may not be the manufacturer of all listed products. Responsibility for product quality, authenticity, statutory compliance, and product information primarily rests with the respective seller unless the product is sold directly by Zebu.
5. Product Information
Westrive to provide accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications. However: Handmade products may vary slightly in size, colour, texture, or finish. Natural products may have seasonal variations. Product images are for representation only. Minor differences shall not be considered defects.
6. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).Prices may change without prior notice.Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or convenience fees will be displayed during checkout.
7. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance. Zebu reserves the right to cancel orders in cases including but not limited to: Pricing errors, Product unavailability, Suspected fraud, Payment issues, Regulatory restrictions. If payment has already been received, the amount will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
8. Payments
Payments may be made using approved payment methods available on the Platform. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Zebu does not store your complete payment card details.
9. Quality of Natural Products
Manyproducts available on the Platform are handmade, naturally processed, or traditionally manufactured. Natural variations in colour, aroma, texture, weight, and appearance are normal and do not indicate quality defects.

Products sold on the Platform are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease unless specifically approved by applicable regulatory authorities. Information provided is for general educational purposes only and should not replace professional

11. Intellectual Property
All website content including: Logo, Brand name, Images, Articles, Videos, Research content, Graphics, Designs, Software is the intellectual property of Zebu Research Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
12. User Content
Users may submit reviews, comments, ratings, photographs, or other content. By submitting content, you grant Zebu a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, publish, modify, reproduce, and display such content for business purposes. Users shall not upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or infringing material.
13. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not: Use the Platform for illegal activities. Upload malicious software. Attempt unauthorized access. Interfere with Platform operations. Violate intellectual property rights. Misrepresent products or identities. Engage in fraudulent transactions.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zebu Research shall not be liable for: Indirect damages, Consequential damages, Loss of profits, Business interruption, Delay in delivery beyond reasonable control, Third-party seller misconduct, Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zebu Research, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners against claims arising from: Violation of these Terms, Misuse of the Platform, Violation of applicable laws, Infringement of third-party rights
